What inspires us are those old memories, waiting on the tips of our tongues to echo off of our lips once more…
Where the story began
Fabrice, a restaurant entirely owned by Bilsev Group with its concept and menu became a brand whose reputation exceeded the borders of İzmir by creating a difference with its originality, flavors, and ambiance.
Our first branch opened at the Hilltown Mall at Karşıyaka in 2018.
The Second Fabrıce ın Izmır
Fabrice continues to offer privileged tastes and pleasant moments to Izmir residents with its second branch in İstinyePark İzmir.

Now our third restaurant and evolved ambiance will serve you at Alaçatı Port after May 2024.
